Managing Director
20+ years in golf construction. Simon oversees all site operations and holds every project to the highest standard. Nothing gets missed.
Nathan Smith
Operations Director
With 20 years experience and one of the best machine operators in the industry, Nathan has an instinct for precision shaping and finish. Clients regularly request Nathan by name.
Paula Bolton
Marketing & Finance Director
Paula manages the business behind the scenes – from budgets to strategy to communication – keeping everything on track and running tight.

We treat every course with care and respect. Sites are kept tidy, disruption is minimal, and we leave things as they should be – no mess, no loose ends.

All work is delivered to current HSE standards. Risk assessments and method statements are always in place, and our team is trained, qualified, and focused on doing things safely and properly.
